#textiletuesday Vs. Emerald

"The rest of the world was black and white, but we were in screaming color..."

Are we out of the woods yet? Are we out of the woods yet? Are we out of the woods?

— Taylor Swift

OK, we may or may not be on a bit of a T-Swift kick with the previous #textiletuesday featuring her Grammy ensemble and now with this post starting off quoting her lyrics. It's also very possible she's playing right now throughout the entire office. But it just feels so right!

Check out our latest interior design color board inspired by Emerald:

Jewel tones are here for the long haul.

Emerald is a favorite amongst the jewel tone family. The color green is associated with life, renewal, freshness, nature and energy. Just to name a few!

In 2013, Emerald was selected as Pantone Color of the Year and its presence is still prevalent to numerous interior design projects happening right now. When designing your homes interior and selecting color schemes, it's important to pick colors that are versatile, that can be used subtly or to make a bold statement.

We are here to tell you: A regal color, such as Emerald, has no limits and is a great addition to any room in your home.

Pops of this classy hue can easily be incorporated in your homes interior with small accent furniture, pillows, throws, art, lamps, accessories and other decor. If that doesn't do it for you, then step it up a notch by exploring other options such as furniture, drapery, paint and wallcoverings. Are you in love with your current sofa, sectional or chair? Fret not, we have got your back. Interior designers' have a big bag of trick to keep our clients happy, and one involves reupholstering existing furniture.

So don't let anything hold you back, take the plunge, the textile opportunities are limitless!
